To my Tio Chava's Family. I am sorry that I will not be able to attend the funeral. But I want you to know how important Tio Chava was to me. As a young boy he helped in shaping my character, as he did other boys, as our leader in Boy Scout Troop 25. He took the time to teach us, to help us get to summer camps, and all the work that went with it. He finished his Eagle Scout and then I did too, and others after me. Tio Chava was dependable and hard working and I learned a lot from him. He made me proud that he was my uncle. I will always be grateful for what he did for me. I became a scout leader when my son was old enough to be a Cub Scout and he also became an Eagle Scout. I don't know what my life would have been like without my Tio Chava. You were blessed to have him as your husband, father, grandfather. May God be your comfort during this time. Alfredo & Inez Gomez & Family, 24015 W Joseph, Plainfield, IL 60544
