My sincere condolences to Socoro and the rest of Jesse’s family. Jesse was a school mate of my husband Emilio at Los Fresnos High School. I have fond memories of Jesse and family in the early years of my marriage, before we moved to Dallas and lost touch. May the Lord bless Jesse and comfort the Vicinaiz family!
