Monica C. Trevino, 53, of San Benito, Texas passed away Monday September 6, 2021.
Monica is preceded in death by her father: Antonio Cortez, mother: Juanita Cortez, husband: Nico Trevino, and brother: Antonio Cortez, Jr.
She is survived by her loving son: Christopher Lee Trevino, brothers: Ernie Cortez, Raymond Cortez, sisters: Amelia Cortez, Gloria Leija, Irma Sauceda, Isabel Romero, numerous nieces and nephews.
Monica was a beautiful person with a beautiful heart. She was a wonderful mother, sister, sister-in-law, and aunt. She enjoyed listening to country music, spending time with family, and visiting South Padre Island. She will dearly be missed.
A mass and celebration of life will be held at a later date.
