Concha was a kind soul. She was a fun person full of crazy phrases that we recite often. We laughed with her. She cried with us during our darkest moments. Most importantly, she was always a true friend to Dad, Mom and all of us Ochoas. For that we will always cherish her memory. RIP Ms. West!
