My condolences to Alfredo Tapia and his family,he and I were Los Fresnos falcon band back in 1983-1984.I remember our band director Mr.Armando Medrano would let go to Tapias cafe in the morning to get breakfast tacos and seeing Mrs.BilaTapia. Sincerely, Melissa Cortez Brown
