My sincere condolences bTo the Family of Seferino Rivera,
One of the most heart wrenching moments in our lives is when we have to say good-bye to a parent or spouse. I remember Mr. Seferino as a humble and simple man. He however left an impressive legacy of serving our country, being a hard dedicated worker, a volunteer First Responder and above all serving God and devoted to his family. We need more role models like him. He was a great man. May he rest in peace.
