To the beautiful family of Gloria Perez our hearts and prayers are with each of you. At church we witnessed many a time of a woman of God at work. Her countless hours which turned into 45 years of being a Catechist nourishing our children with the Word of God, 30 yrs with the Social Services helping provide help with bills, food, clothing, school supplies the Thanksgiving Baskets and Christmas toys. 20 yrs as a Carmelite of The Brown Scapular helping host events for church, fundraisers and all other needs of the people. Children who are now many are adults recall her helping with the Vacation Bible School, Youth Group meals. Mrs. Gloria would participate in the Passion Play and was in the 8 am Choir for over 20 years. Also a Lector at mass. The Kermes hamburgers for some years then the prizes for the booths for over 20 yrs as well. Not to mention always helping on numerous events.
All this Mrs Gloria did with a smile and a loving heart. The SPIRIT Gloria had within her will forever in our hearts and memories. Gloria is a true woman of God in action. We will always love her and miss her hugs but TILL WE MEET AGAIN.
