I am very very sorry for your loss. I have known your family for a long time. We were almost neighbors and went to school and worked together with some of you. I know that I haven't experienced what you lost , which is totally different, but I did lose my brother and grandma, which was a mother to me. Sometimes is difficult to not think about your love one. The only way to think positive is what the Bible says. For example, the Bible states that there is going to be a resurrection here in Earth in which we can see our love ones. The book of John chapter 5 and verses 28 and 29 Jesus said these words," Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, and those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgement.
Also the Bible states that in the near future, the things that we see will be no longer. For example, the book of Revelation chapter 21 verses 3 and 4, which says," With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: "Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, And he will wipe out every tear from his eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." The word former things means what we are experiencing now a days. The former things are violence, suffering in many ways,sickness and death. So these problems are going to be no more in the near future. We are going to be able to see our love ones and live eternal life. That is what the book of Psalms chapter 37 verses 10 and 11 says. "Just a little while longer, and the wicked will be no more; You will look at where they were, And they will not be there, But the meek will possess the earth, And they will find exquisite delight in the abundance of peace. " Also the verse 29 says," The righteous will possess the earth And they will live forever on it." So these scriptures help us see how we will have a better life and in gives us hope. I also want you to know that these words are true because God has said it will happen and we all know that he does not lie. That is what the book of Titus chapter 1 verse 2 says," And is based on a hope of the everlasting life that God, who cannot lie, promised long ago." I hope that these words find comfort on with all your family. Again I am very very sorry.
