Although I did not know D'Ann, I wanted to take a moment to extend my sympathy. You can be assured that comfort and hope are found in the pages of the Bible. Revelation 21:4 mentions a time when sorrow and death will be no more. Even though it does not take away the pain now, it can help us deal with the loss of our dear loved one and give us hope. It is my wish you will find comfort and peace from this thought in the Bible.

Bill, I am so sorry for your loss of D’Ann. I met you when you were a student at Texas A & M. You were dating D’Ann. She was a person that I admired from afar. She was petite, dressed like a model, and was beautiful. She always had kind words to say to me. I remember that she went to the University of Texas with Charlotte, my sister in law, and they were good friends. But mostly I will forever remember the handsome couple you made. Hey Bill, First off I love you a lot more now than I did when we were room dogs. I still remember the glares you sent my way if I dared get out of bed before you finished brushing your teeth. You know that my heart is with you. Charlotte has been dead 17 years yesterday, so D'Ann's death was a special sadness for me. I do want you to know that "the lines have fallen for me in pleasant places" because of you and D'Ann and Charlotte and family and all the wonderful people who have touched my life over the years. You are a special one to me. I hope we can get together sometime soon. I plan to take a month off in January. If that works, let’s plan on getting together. We're too old to get drunk but we can still tell lies. Love, Guy
