I am so sorry for the family and friends of Erlyne. Though I never met her in person, we corresponded with each other often as we researched relatives who were lost together in a B-17 bomber crash in WW-II. We helped each other learn a lot about the fate of that crew and who those brave men were. I had always hoped to have a chance to meet her. She seemed like such a remarkable lady. And after reading this touching tribute to her, I see that she was more remarkable than I imagined. She was a special lady and I feel fortunate to have become "pen pals" by email. I know that she is in a wondeful place now and I look forward to meeting her there. My prayers will be with the family. My God bless you all and give you peace in your hearts. I am so sorry that Aunt Erlyne has left this life. She was the cord that kept her family together. I always appreciated that she included me when she sent family news through Christmas cards. I am saddened to hear of Aunt Erlyne's death, but happy knowing she is now dancing in heaven. My memories of Aunt Erlyne are of a soft spoken, loving wife, mother, friend, aunt who always had a smiling face and kind words to say. She was always such a pleasent person to be around. I know she will be greatly missed by all of her loved ones, but also know we will join her again when our time comes. My prayers and condolences to Uncle Wee Wee (yes, I still call you that) and family.
