Carl Edward Bowser Jr, 83, Laguna Vista/Los Fresnos, Texas, entered into rest on November 28, 2014. Carl was a self-employed contractor, developer, and farmer. He was preceded in death by: his son, Christopher Bowser; and parents; Carl and Edith Miller Bowser; and one brother. Surviving Carl is his wife, Maria Del Rosario Bowser; his daughters: Dianne Delaney, Lisa Coy, Carla Bowser, Susan Brown; one granddaughter, one great-granddaughter; three stepsons; eight step daughters; 38 step grandchildren; 9 step great-grandchildren; three sisters; and three brothers. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a holy rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m., at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home. Funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 4, 2014 at St. Cecilia's Catholic Church in Los Fresnos. Interment will follow at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens in Brownsville, Texas.
