Eliborio Hernandez, 87, of San Benito, Texas passed away Friday, October 10, 2014 surrounded by his loving family. He is preceded in death by his mother, father, six brothers, two sisters, and one granddaughter, Stephanie Miller. He is survived by his wife Virginia and eleven children. Delia (Luis), George, Sylvia (Donald), Lydia (Eusebio), Rachel, Rosalinda, Israel, Carmen (Jorge), Hilda (Armando), Imelda (Pete) and Gustavo; thirty grandchildren, twenty-three great grandchildren and numerous loving relatives and friends. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14, 2014 from 10:00 a.m.to 9:00 p.m., with a holy rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m., at Thomae Garza Funeral Home. Funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at St. Benedict Catholic Church . Interment will follow at San Benito City Cemetery in San Benito, Texas.
