Guadalupe B. Vasquez, 79, of San Benito, Texas, entered into eternal rest on October 3, 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents, Atilano and Beatriz T. Benavides; and siblings: Delfina (Erasmo) Abrego, Olivia Lopez Jimenes, Edelmira Pena, S. Roberto, and Guadalupe Vasquez. She is survived by her children: Rosamaria (Celso III) Martinez, Rene B. (Sophie) Vasquez, Rosalinda V. (Otho) Botello, Robert B. (Laura M.) Vasquez, Roel B. (Annie H. ) Vasquez, and Ricardo B. (Flora) Vasquez; her grandchildren: Celina V. Czerniakowski, Frank A. Czerniakowski, Alyssa Vasquez, Jaime A. Martinez, Casie E. Vasquez, Julia Vasquez, Timothy Ty Vasquez, Miya Vasquez, Ryan Matthew Vasquez, and Emily Maria Vasquez; one great-grandchild, Frank Joseph Czerniakowski; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5, 2014 from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a holy rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m., at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito. Funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, October 6, 2014 at St. Benedict Catholic Church in San Benito, Texas. Interment will follow at Mont Meta Memorial Park.
