San Benito: Juan S. Vasquez, 61, of San Benito, TX passed away Sunday, September 7, 2008 at his residence in San Benito.
He is survived by his wife, Belia P. Vasquez; his daughter, Priscilla Vasquez, his sons, Juan Vasquez, Jr., Jamie Vasquez, Joaquin Vasquez, Medardo J. Vasquez, Freddie Galvan, Javier Galvan and Jesus A. Ortiz; 14 grandchildren; his mother, Herminia Cortez and a sister, Lupita.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 9, 2008 from 12 Noon to 9:00 P.M. with the Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 P.M. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home.
Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, September 10, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Benedict Catholic Church in San Benito. Interment will follow to Mont Meta Memorial Park.
