Ofelia R. Villegas, 65, of San Benito, Texas, entered into rest on July 2, 2014. Ofelia worked for Levi's Strauss in San Benito for 32 before retiring in 2002. She will be greatly missed. Surviving her is her husband of 44 years, Jesus M. Villegas; three sons: Jessie (Belinda) Villegas, Carlos (Angie) Villegas, and Miguel Villegas; her sister, Dora Rodriguez; three grandchildren: Jennifer, Jainka, and Carlos Angel Villegas; a great-granddaughter, Olivia Lewis; and expected arrival of great-grandson, Omar Lewis; as well as other relatives. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 4, 2014 from 12:00 noon to 9:00 pm, with a holy rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm, at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito. Funeral mass will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, July 5, 2014 at St. Theresa Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Mont Meta Memorial Park.
