Obituary of Gudalupe Martinez

Guadalupe Sandoval Martinez, 70, of Port Isabel, Texas, entered into rest on April 24, 2014.
Left to cherish her memory are her children: Jose Francisco (Teresa) Atkinson, Juana Atkinson, Ramon (Cecelia) Atkinson, Olga Lidia (Carlos) Atkinson, and Maria (Ivan) Atkinson; 21 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and eight siblings: Eluterio, Aurelio, Maria, Juan, Primitivo, Isabel, Jose Daniel Sandoval, Sr.,and Martin.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2014 from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Sunday, April 27, 2014 from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a holy rosary at 7:00 p.m. on both nights, at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito.
A chapel service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, April 28, 2014 at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Port Isabel City Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers: Antonio Caballero, Alejandro Perez, Jesus Martinez, Julio Martinez, Ivan Martinez, and Carlos Ramirez.
