Rita Hernandez, 73, of Brownsville, Texas, passed away on October 24, 2013 at her residence.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Pedro Salinas.
Rita is survived by her children: Margarita (antonio) Alcoser, Concepcion (Casamiro) Rodriguez, Pedro Salinas, Maria (Oscar) Villalobos, and Rosario Salinas; 10 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren, as well as other relatives.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 25, 2013 from 12 pm - 9pm, with a prayer service at 7 pm at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be held at 12 pm on Saturday, October 26, 2013 at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Brownsville.
