Carristos, Texas - Teresa G. Saenz, 78 of San Benito, Texas passed away on April 4, 2011 at her residence. She is preceded in death by her husband, Fernando Saenz, Sr.; a daughter, Anita Saenz; a son, Alberto Saenz; a grandson, Mike Olivares; her father, Faustino Gomez; her mother, Gregoria Sanchez; four brothers and three sisters. She is survived by her loving children, Fernando Saenz, Jr. of Brownsville, TX., Francis (Jose) Argullin of San Benito, TX., Oralia Ybarra of Harlingen, TX., Amadeo Saenz of Austin, TX., Irma (Juan) Ramon of Houston, TX., Gracie (Tony) Diaz of Freeport, TX., Mary (Chon) Sanchez of Freeport, TX., and Estella Saenz of Houston, TX.; a sister, Olivia Yepez of Robstown, TX.; 36 grandchildren; 39 great grandchildren and numerous other relatives. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 6, 2011 from 11:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. with a Prayer Service at 7:00 P.M. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito. A Chapel Service will be held on Thursday, April 7, 2011 at 1:00 P.M. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home. Interment will follow to Mont Meta Memorial Park in San Benito. Serving as pallbearers will be Jesus Saenz, Antonio Argullin, Michael Martinez, Esteban Ybarra, Amadeo Saenz, Jr., Andrew Saenz, Angel Saenz, and Aaron Saenz.
