Rio Hondo, TX- Sonia Elizabeth Perez, 39, passed away on Thursday March 31, 2011 in Rio Hondo, TX.
She was a teacher for 9 years in the San Benito School District. This was her first year teaching in Rio Hondo Elementary.
She is preceded in death by her parents: Arturo and Maria Dolores Olvera.
She is survived by her husband, Julio Cesar Perez; two daughters: Aimee Arali Perez and Jackeline Perez. She is also survived by other relatives.
Visitations will be held Monday, April 4, 2011 from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM with a prayer service at 6:30 PM at Thomae Garza Funeral Home in San Benito.
Chapel service will be held on Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at 10:00 AM at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home with Pastor R. B. Gonzalez officiating. Interment will follow at Mont Meta Memorial Park.
