Crown Point,IN/Santa Rosa,TX- Mario A. Montemayor II, 26, passed away on Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oaklawn,IL.
He is survived by his parents, Mario A. and Maria I. Montemayor of Santa Rosa,TX.; sibilings: Julie, Gabriel and Jessica Montemayor; nieces and nephews: Katlyn M. Montemayor, Sebastian M. Montemayor, Tyler M. Elizondo, Christian Reggie and Barry Reggie. He is also survived by his maternal grandmother Elodia Guzman and paternal grandmother Olvia Montemayor; and his girlfriend, Dominique Albanese.
Visitation and funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 15, 2013 from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm, with chapel services starting at 4:00 pm, at Thomae Garza Funeral Home. Cremation will follow in accordance with his wishes.
