I've known Ray for almost 30 years. I know his strengths and weakness, and his strengths far out-stripped his weaknesses. Ray had the unusual combination of both intellectual and emotional intelligence, which made him a superb trial lawyer and friend. I always admired Ray's charm - he even looked the quintessential trial lawyer while trying cases. But what distinguished Ray from most litigators was his "guts" to try the case when the rest of us would just take the lower, settlement amount. Ray, thanks for always being so good to me. My heart bleeds for his survivors.

I don't know if you remember me but I was your next door neighbor on Carthage Ct. I remember Roxy and Jackie very well. We were great friends as kids. About 2 years ago I was able to speak to Ray through a mutual friend. He was trying to help me with a legal mal practice problem which affected my youngest Daughter to this day. Even though he couldn't find a way to help me, I was glad that we got to visit after all these years. Please know that he is being taken care of by our Lord for all the good that he did here on earth. I will keep all of you in my prayers and don't hesitate to contact me for any reason.
