Pablo Valencia, 93, of San Benito, Texas, passed away on February 4, 2013 in Elgin, Illinois.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Maria G. Valencia; and granddaughters Alexis Alvarado and America Valencia.
He is survived by his children: Angelica Valencia, Juan Valencia, Pablo Valencia, Porfirio Valencia, Maria Valencia, Americo Valencia, Jose Monserrat Valencia, Jose Angel Valencia, Martina Valencia, and Omar Valencia. He is also survived by 43 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 07, 2013 from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with a holy rosary at 7:00 pm, at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito.
Funeral mass will be held on Friday, February 08, 2013 at 2:00 pm at San Pedro Catholic Church in San Pedro. Committal service will follow at San Pedro Cemetery.
