Guadalupe Lopez Villarreal 83 of Laguna Vista, TX passed away on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, at Treasure Hills Nursing and Rehabilitation in Harlingen, TX. She is preceded in death by her husband: Sabino Villarreal; parents: Jose and Manuela Cisneros Lopez; 1 sister: Lucy Lopez as well as 1 brother Joe Lopez. She is survived by 2 sons, Rene Villarreal Sr. and Rene Villarreal Jr.; 1 daughter, Debra Garcia, 3 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. In addition, she is survived by 1 sister Eugenia (Memo) Torres and 1 brother, Manuel C. (Elvia) Lopez. Memorial visitation will be held Wednesday, August 14, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, TX.
