She was born in El Ranchito, TX in 1938 to Gabriel and Maria de Los Angeles Perez, and her life was a testament to love, faith, and devotion. Rafaela was a cornerstone of her family, having shared over 66 years of marriage with her devoted husband, Lazaro Treviño. Together, they built a legacy of love and strength, nurturing a bond that stood the test of time. She leaves behind her two daughters, Letty and Lydia, who were the pride of her heart. Letty, alongside her husband Javier, and Lydia, with her partner Joanna, were blessed to have Rafaela's unwavering love and guidance throughout their lives. Rafaela was also a beloved aunt to a multitude of nieces and nephews, who cherished her as a second mother and sought her guidance and warmth throughout their lives.
