Port Isabel - Cesario A. Nuñez, 35,of Port Isabel passed away Friday, January 4, 2008 at Valley Regional Medical Center. He was a lifelong resident of Port Isabel and was a graduate of the Port Isabel High School class of 1990. Cesario was also a member of Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, Imelda G. Nuñez; son: Cesario Nuñez, Jr., daughter: Patricia Celina Nuñez, parents: Pete and Epifania Nuñez, inlaws: Roque and Lula Garza, 3 brothers: Pete (Angie) Nuñez, Jr., Jesus (Nancy)Nuñez and Exiquio Nuñez and a sister: Maria Luisa (Rafael Rodriguez) Nuñez. Pallbearers will be Cesario Nuñez, Jr., Jesus Nuñez, Pedro Nuñez, Jr., Hector De La Rosa, Gilbert Silva and Exiquio Nuñez. Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 8, 2008 from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito and will continue from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church in Port Isabel where a Rosary will be held at 7:00 pm. Funeral will be held Wednesday, January 9, 2008 at 10:00 am at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church 705 S. Longoria St., Port Isabel, TX. Cremation will follow to Sacred Park Crematorium in Weslaco, TX. Words of comfort may be sent to the family of Cesario at www.thomaegarza.com.
