Adrian Valladarez, 67, of Rio Hondo, Texas passed away on Sunday, December 31, 2023, in Arkansas. He was a truck driver for many years and was a lifetime resident of Rio Hondo, Texas. He is preceded in death by his father, Alvaro Valladarez, and wife, Diana Valladarez. Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Adela R. Valladarez, his children; Sofia Valladarez, Adrian Valladarez Jr., and Kathy Benavidez; grandaughter, Kamryn Jurado; his siblings; Josefina Ramos, Albaro Valladarez, Maria Elena Maldonado, Estella (Oscar) Cortez, Yolanda (David) Lopez, Eduardo Valladarez, Norma (Frank) Argullin, Jesus (Angelica) Valladarez, Antonio (Belia) Valladares, Mario (Elsa) Valladarez, and Raul Valladarez, 19 nieces and nephews, and 27 great nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held on Friday, February 9, 2024, from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. rosary at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas. A 12:00 p.m. chapel service will be held on Saturday, February 10, 2024, at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home with a burial to follow to Rio Hondo City Cemetery in Rio Hondo, Texas.
