Clemente Yzaguirre Jr., 71, of San Benito, Texas passed away on Thursday, January 11, 2024. He was born on January 28th, 1952, in Uvalde, Texas to Clemente Yzaguirre Sr. and Juanita Martinez Yzaguirre being the 4th child of 8 children and first-born son. His passion was mechanical work and farming. He was a graduate of San Benito High School in which he was so proud of his accomplishment. He loved math and his gold Camaro, who knew where the car door went because it was missing. Clemente was a strong, independent hard worker, who always worked hard to earn his money. If you had the pleasure of knowing him, you know you’d have a long hilarious conversation. He left us too soon and he will be greatly missed. He is preceded in death by his father, Clemente Yzaguirre Sr., and mother, Juanita Martinez Yzaguirre, his sister, Elodia “Lola” Brown, and brother, Luis Yzaguirre. Left to cherish his memory are his children; Debbie Yzaguirre (Juan Gomez), Daniel Yzaguirre, and Crystal Yzaguirre, his siblings; Benita Pizano, Rosa Saldivar, Maria (Oscar) Rodriguez, and Raul Yzaguirre, his grandchildren; Kayla L. Suarez, Clemente Yzaguirre IV, Daniel Lee Yzaguirre Jr., Robert Matthew Yzaguirre, Kayleen, Eliza, Janell, Jayleen, and Raul Valladarez, and one great-grandchild, Evangeline Sky Yzaguirre. A visitation will be held on Thursday, January 18, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas. A 12:00 p.m. Chapel Service will be held on Friday, January 19, 2024, at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home with cremation to follow in accordance with his wishes. Serving as pallbearers are Daniel Yzaguirre, Raul Yzaguirre, Jose Zamora, Juan Gomez, Clemente Yzaguirre IV, Daniel Lee Yzaguirre, and Victor Olivarez.
