San Benito - Catarina L. Gonzales, 87, passed away Saturday, December 29, 2007 at Twin Brooke South Nursing Home in San Benito, Texas. He was native and a resident of San Benito, Texas. She is preceded in death by her husband Antolin Gonzales. Mrs. Gonzales is survived by her children, Anadelia Gonzales and Hector (Veronica) Gonzales of Harlingen, Texas, Enriqueta Gonzales, Maria (David) Trenholm and Estela Mata of San Benito, Texas and Antolin (Irma) Gonzales of Seguin, Texas; Grandchildren, Monica (Dan) Deliganis , Celina ( Michael) Lopez of Houston, Texas, Cynthia (Alberto) Gomez of San Antonio, Texas, Lilia Gonzales of Dallas, Texas, , Cristina Gonzales and Gabriela Gonzales of Harlingen, Texas, Hector( Shea)Gonzalez Jr of Corpus Christi, Texas, Joseph (Robin) Gonzales of Pharr, Texas, Peter (Rebecca) Mata of Edinburg, Texas; 1 sister, Mercedes Gonzales of Harlingen, Texas; 2 brothers, Salvador Lugo of Harlingen, Texas and Reynaldo Lugo of San Benito, Texas. Visitation was held Sunday, December 30, 2007 at 1pm to 9pm with a rosary at 7pm at Thomae-Garza Funeral Directors chapel. Mass of Resurrection will be held today, Monday, December 31, 2007 at St. Theresa at 3pm. Committal service will follow to Mont-Meta Memorial Park in San Benito, Texas.
