Mary,
The moment that we got the word that Jerry had passed away I sat here as my mind took a walk down memory lane. We had such great times in South Padre Island with you and Jerry. No one truly comprehends the loss that you feel, the sadness that you must be going through...Remember that your loss is shared by many friends who care and that you are in our thoughts, our hearts, and in our every prayer. Words seem inadequate to express the sadness we feel about Jerry’s passing. With sincere sympathy, I am wishing you peace to bring comfort, courage to face the days ahead and loving memories to forever hold in your heart.
I know Jerry’s journey has just begun. We will not think of him as gone away. Life holds so many facets…this earth is only one. He left us in the world we know. But we also know that like a candle his lovely light will shine to brighten up another place more perfect more divine. We will just think of him as resting from the sorrows and the tears in a place of warmth and comfort where there are no days or years. We will think of him as the awesome guy he was and now an Angel in the Sky. In remembering the good times that we shared, his smile, his laugh and so much more but most of all his friendship was a blessing, and we will miss him so.
