My prayers and condolences go out to the Ochoa family. Especialyy Amelia and Fronoy. I had the privlege to meet Joe and work with him at the salon. I was also lucky enough to have heard many of his stories about his adventures in life and where he had traveled which he chose to share with me. Joe was a very outgoing person as i think back i can always hear his laugh and see his beautiful smile on his face. He had a very different and positive way of looking at life. I always enjoyed going to work knowing he'd be there to spunk up my day as he always did. I am sure he is very happy that he is once again with his loving partner who he always spoke about. although it is a burden on us all, the thought of him finally being at rest brings a smile upon my face. I believe i was blessed to have a had the moments and all the laughters with him and because of that he will never be forgotten.

My prayers and Condolences go out to the whole Ochoa family. Especially Amelia and Frony. I had the privlege of meeting and working with Joe. I loved going to work knowing he was going to be there.I looked forward to going and listening to him and all his stories i was lucky enough to hear. From adventures in his life to all the places he had traveled. Joe had a very unique way of looking at life he was very outgoing and always always happy. I loved being around him he always knew how to spunk up my day. May he rest in peace with his loving parnter. I am sure he his quitehappy now. although its a burden on us all. We have to keep in mind hes at rest now. I believe i got to meet him for a reason he had an impact on my life with all his stories and amazing character and because of that he will never be forgotten.
