Antonio "Tony" A. Garcia, of Los Fresnos, Texas, born on April 25th, 1968, passed away on November 14th, 2023, at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen, Texas. He was 55 years old. Antonio enjoyed using his skills as a trusted mechanic by lending a helping hand to everyone in the community. His pastimes also included installing sound systems in any vehicle he had for his favorite music while making time to celebrate and create memories with family and friends. He's preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, paternal grandparents, Antonio Garcia, and Dolores Figueroa Garcia, and by his father, Casimiro Figueroa Garcia. He is survived by his wife Elida Garcia; his children Antonio Garcia Jr., Karla Eileen Garcia, Fernando Garcia; his mother Maria Aguilar Garcia; and his siblings Diana (Rey) Martinez, Casey Garcia, Mary (Ruben) Peralez, and Jesse (Lianda) Garcia along with his nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, November 22, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Cecilia Catholic Church, 606 W Ocean Blvd, Los Fresnos, TX with interment to follow at Los Cuates Cemetery.
