My Tia Lela, as we nieces and nephews lovingly called her, was the sweetest and most loving person I knew. She was always wanting to feed us anytime we visited and would go out of her way to cook up something. Her homemade tortillas are her legacy. No one can make a tortilla like she did. God has truly gained an angel in his realm and she will now be with her parents whom she cared for till their very end. She will be missed dearly.
