Carmen H. Bocanegra, 68, of San Benito, Texas passed away on Sunday, July 30, 2023 in Valley Baptist, Harlingen, Texas. She was born in Corpus Christi, Texas from Antonio Herrera and Virginia Garza. She was a very joyful, enjoyed dancing, singing, listening to music, fishing, and playing pool. She had a love for life and will be dearly missed. She is preceded in death by her parents, Antonio and Virginia Herrera. Left to cherish her memory are her sisters, Angelita H. Puentes and Maria Antonia Garcia. Her nieces and nephews from Angelia H. Puentes; Domingo Puentes Jr, Yolanda Puentes, Erminia Puentes, Abel Puentes, and Rogelio Puentes. Her nephews from Maria Antonia Garcia ; Martin Garcia Jr, Antonio Garcia, Juan Garcia, Ricardo Garcia, Rumaldo Garcia, Raymundo Garcia and one surviving uncle, Braulio Garza. Numerous cousins and friends. No service will take place and a direct cremation was held in accordance to her wishes.
