Ernest Rockey Grinier, 59, of Port Isabel, TX passed away Wednesday, July 5, 2023, at his home surrounded by his loving family.
He is preceded in death by his son, Ernest Rockey Grienier, Jr., daughter, Beatriz Ramirez; and father, Gil Jay Grienier.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Isidria Hurtado Sifuentes; mother, Nora Ochoa Guillen; 5 children; Annette Huitron, Randy Ray Grienier, Nora Grienier, Travis Rockey Grienier, Tommy Ray Grienier; and 23 grandchildren. In addition, he is also survived by 5 sisters, Debbie Martinez, Evelyn Barrientos, Janel Pam Grienier, Anabel Guillen, and Flor Guillen Cantu; 2 brothers, Gil Grienier, Jr., Carl W. Grienier; several nephews, nieces, uncles, and aunts.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday, July 13, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady Star of The Sea Catholic Church, 705 S. Longoria St, Port Isabel, TX.
