Arnoldo Cavazos, 67, of San Benito, TX entered Eternal Rest on Wednesday, June 28,2023 at Valley Baptist Hospital. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ramon, and Eulalia Cavazos; and his sisters, Agustina “Tina” Resendez and San Juana Rodriguez. Left to cherish his memories is his loving beautiful wife of 39 years Maricela R. Cavazos, Two amazing daughters, Erika (Juan) Mosqueda, Lillian (Tony) Herrada, and his seven grandchildren Jonathan Rae Hernandez, Kaylynn Marie Hernandez, Adalynn Kate Mosqueda, Amberlynn Rose Mosqueda, Ricardo David Herrada, Graciela Delayza Herrada, Antonio Junior Herrada, one brother, Jose (Santos) Cavazos, one sister Maria Elena (Lorenzo) Rodriguez, and loving nieces and nephews. Arnold was born June 13, 1956 in San Benito, Tx. He was the most caring, loving, friendly person and many more. He loved his Greyhounds. Arnoldo was full of life and loved to gamble, play lotería, play cards, but playing maquinistas was his life, he also loved traveling and spending time with family. Arnoldo touched many people’s hearts and was there for so many. Arnoldo always believed in his faith and kept fighting until he gave his last breath on this earth. He will forever be missed. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 5, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas. Visitation will resume Thursday, July 6, 2023, from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home. A 10:00 a.m. Chapel Service will be held Friday, July 7, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home with interment to follow to San Benito Memorial Park.
