Elva Martinez Gaytan, 75, of San Benito, TX passed away Saturday, May 6, 2023, surrounded by her loving family at her residence.
She is preceded in death by her father, Jose Martinez; mother, Graciana Martinez Salazar; and brother, Joel Martinez.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Ricardo Gaytan, Hector Gaytan, Christina Gaytan, Carlos Gaytan; siblings, Noemi Martinez, Samuel Martinez, Mario Martinez, Isidro Martinez, Alfonso Lacio, Beatric Lacio, Morre Lacio, Juan J. Lacio; grandchildren, Michael Anthony Gaytan, Ryan Preston Long, Jasmin Colunga, Jeremy Gaytan, Julianne Gaytan; great grandchildren, Ezra Colunga and Hensley Colunga.
Visitation will be held Monday, May 15, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. Prayer Service at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home.
A Chapel Service will be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home with interment to follow at Mont Meta Memorial Park.
