Manuela D. Moctezuma, 97, of San Benito, TX passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2023, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on October 8, 1925 in Los Fresnos, TX and spent the last 20 years in San Benito, TX.
She is preceded in death by her father, Francisco De Los Santos; mother, Manuela Cortez De Los Santos; husband, Benito Moctezuma; brother, Carlos De Los Santos of Los Fresnos, TX; sisters, Victoria De Los Santos of Houston, TX, Sofia Moctezuma of Yuma, AZ, Gertrude Cruz of Rockport, TX and Leonor Bautista of Los Fresnos, TX.
She is survived by her only son that she loved more than anything in this world, Juan Amador De Los Santos; grandchildren, Nelida (Manuel) Guillen Juan Amador (Debbie) De Los Santos Jr., Aurora (Jesus) Treviño, and 12 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Monday, March 20, 2023, from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home.
A 10:00 a.m. chapel service will be held on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home, 395 S. Sam Houston Blvd, with a burial to follow to Mont Meta Memorial Park in San Benito, Texas.
