Teresa Morin, 90, beloved mom of Harlingen, Texas passed away Saturday, March 4, 2023, in Harlingen, Texas. Teresa was born is San Benito, Texas to Paciano Morin and Luz Colunga Morin on July 5, 1932. Teresa was a lifelong resident of the Harlingen area. She worked for Rio Hondo ISD as a Librarian and the Harlingen CISD as a paraprofessional at Austin Elementary. Teresa Morin was of the Christian faith and was of the Baptist faith. Teresa was preceded in death by her ex-spouse Fernando Perez, Sr., her parents and several brothers and sisters. She leaves to cherish her memory, children, Felix Gomez (Paula), Fernando M. Perez, Jr. (Alicia), Armando Perez (Sherry), Anita Gonzalez (Arnulfo), and Mary Lou Mahone (Louis). She is also survived by siblings, Paciano Morin Jr., Jauna “Janie” Morin Zelinger and Rebecca Morin Molnar; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren; numerous nephews, nieces, and other relatives. Private interment services were under the direction of Thomae-Garza Funeral Home.
