Veronica Machuca, 50, of Harlingen, Texas passed away on Friday, January 13, 2023 at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen, Texas.
Veronica is preceded in death by her parents, Lorenzo and Guadalupe R. Machuca.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Alex Chapa; 3 children, Victoria Garcia, Enrique Machuca, and Vanessa Machuca; 5 grandchildren, Jonathon Segura, Naomi Segura, Ricardo Montes, Ethan Montes, and Joseph Segura; siblings, Daniel Machuca, Diamantina Zuniga, Rosa Lopez, Irene Machuca, Elena Machuca, Lorenzo Machuca, Jr., Mage Estella Camey, Ofelia Machuca, and Lucy Machuca.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 23, 2023, from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas.
Chapel Service will be held Tuesday, January 24, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. with interment to follow to San Benito Memorial Cemetery.
