Maria Gloria Garcia, 73, of Rio Hondo/Port Isabel passed away on Sunday, November 20, 2022, surrounded by her loving family.
She is preceded in death by her husband: Vicente Garcia; parents, Leopoldo Cepeda and Rosa Galvan Cepeda; siblings, Leopoldo Cepeda, Juan Manuel Cepeda and Oralia Vasquez.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Jorge Luis Cepeda, Maria E. Cepeda and Jose Jesus Zepeda; 4 siblings, Pedro (Josefa) Cepeda, Guadalupe (Ana De Jesus) Cepeda, Rosa Reyes, Jose Humberto (Maria Del Carmen) Cepeda.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 25, 2022, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a recitation of the Holy Rosary to be held at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito.
A Chapel Service will be held on Saturday, November 26, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home with cremation to follow in accordance with her wishes.
