Israel Garcia, 53, entered, into Eternal rest with our Lord, on Wednesday, October 19, 2022. He was born on April 13, 1969, in San Benito, TX, to the late Juan S. Garcia, and survived by his mother, Celia C. Garcia. Israel attended San Benito High School and worked as a maintenance person. He enjoyed barbecuing, playing cards, lottery and spending time with his family and friends. Israel will be remembered as a loving brother and friend and will be greatly missed. He is preceded in death by his father Juan Sanchez Garcia, his maternal grandparents, Maria Santos Cabrera, and Guadalupe R. Cabrera, along with his paternal grandparents, Juana Sanchez Garcia, and Ignacio Garcia. Israel is survived by his brothers, Juan Antonio Garcia, Jose Luis Garcia (Rachel), Robert Garcia (Lisa); his sisters, Sylvia Garcia and Elizabeth Garcia Vega (+Jose Aladdin Vega); uncles, Benito Garcia (Amelia), Ruben Garcia, Raul Garcia, +Jose Garcia, Gregorio Mena, Faustino Garcia (Christina); aunts, Gloria Gomez (Raul), Linda Moreno, Dora Rodriguez, Alicia Ayala (Alfredo), Mary Mena; nephews, Dominik, Ryan, Joe Jr.; nieces, Norma, Niquelle Lopez and Isabella Garcia and numerous cousins and friends.
