Maria Teresa Torres, age 66, went to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Friday, September 23, 2022. Teresa was born on December 19, 1955, to Clemente and Olivia Rodriguez in Corpus Christi, Texas. Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Cristobal Torres Sr; her sister, Eva Alaniz; her children, Mickey (Rachel) Rodriguez, Tiffany (Fabian) De Leon, and Cristofer (Tiffany) Torres; grandchildren, Robert (Cindy) Rodriguez, Brenda (Irvin) Garcia, Julissa (Jose) Rodriguez, Jayda Rodriguez, and Fabian Damaso De Leon; her great grandchildren, Aubree, Alexander, and Olivia Garcia, and Robert Eren Rodriguez, and numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins. Teresa is preceded in death by her parents, Clemente and Olivia Rodriguez, her brother Ramiro Rodriguez, her sisters Guadalupe Cisneros, and Maria Elva Decaire; her granddaughter Aurelia Star Dosal and her great granddaughter Katherine Mia Garcia. Teresa was a devoted Christian, who loved to praise and worship. She had a big heart, and was a great listener, she was always willing to give her words of wisdom to people who needed it. She enjoyed listening to Christian music, spending time with her pets Estrella, Peter, Dove, and her beloved Bullet. She enjoyed playing board games with her husband and loved her lunch dates with her sister. She was a loving wife, daughter, sister, mother, and grandmother who will be deeply missed.
