Nora is preceded in death by her husband, James Herbener; parents, Dionicio Garcia Jr. and Guadalupe Vega Garcia.
She is survived by 3 brothers, Juan Vega, Dionicio Garcia Jr., and Alan Luis Garcia; and 1 sister, Gracie Temple; cousins, Yolanda Gonzalez, Alicia Guerra, Lola and Tina.
