Rosa S. Morales, 75, Los Fresnos, TX passed peacefully at home on Sunday April 2, 2022, where she was accompanied by her nieces and nephews. No words can express how deeply we miss our aunt Rosa S. Morales. We are so blessed and grateful that she was our aunt. Our aunt Rosa was one of a kind. She was very respectful and helpful and would come through in the time of need. She was born on Saturday, February 8, 1947 and raised in Laureles, San Benito TX. She came from a family of 9; daughter of Fabian Morales and Maria Luisa Sandoval. She had 3 brothers, Guadalupe Morales, Julian Morales, Fernando Morales; and 4 sisters, Amelia Morales, Beatriz Morales, Anita Morales, and Maria Guadalupe Morales. Although she never married or had children of her own; she had many loving nephews, nieces and friends that loved her dearly. Everyone that got the pleasure to meet her knew that they wouldn’t go without a laugh and knew how stubborn she could be. Many loving memories where made by her side along with some great laughs. In the months before her passing, she requested a lot of her favorite dishes, some of which were fried fish, pork carnitas, and tamales. Not too long ago, she requested for a fresh pig to be slaughtered, just like her dad and mom would do in the good old days. Our aunt Rosa was a very special lady, known to all of us as the one that would bring a healing touch. On any given day she would do anything to bring relief to those in our family. No words can express how deeply we all will miss you Aunt Rosa. May God bless you and keep you safe in heaven, until we reunite in his name, Amen. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 8, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas with cremation to follow in accordance to her wishes. All individuals attending services are encouraged to socially distance and wear face covers or masks.
