David C. King, of Smithville, TX, was born August 31, 1967 and passed from this life into the arms of our Heavenly Father on February 11, 2022. David was a hard worker and always provided for his girls. David was preceded in death by his mother, Linda Weddle-Kennedy. Left to treasure David’s memory are his precious girls Dominique “Nikki” King and Katarina “Kat” King and their mother, Patty Flores. He is also survived by his sister, Debbra (Rex) King-Dionne, brothers James (Adrianne) King and John (Kerri) Kennedy. David also had 6 nephews and 4 nieces. The King family will receive relatives and friends at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home on February 25, 2022 from 6-9PM. A service to celebrate David’s life and God’s faithfulness will begin at 6PM.
