Joe Ines "El Negro" Leos, 55, of Los Fresnos peacefully passed away Sunday, February 6, 2022 in loving embrace of his family at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen Texas. He was a native and lifelong resident of Austin TX. Joe is survived by his father, Pedro .Q. Leos; wife Patricia Soria & children; Alejandro Leos, Rolando Garza, Nicole Lira, Victoria Leos and 10 sisters; Juana(Benito) Cuevas, Isabel (Carlos) De Leon, Petra (Lorenzo) Camarillo, Margarita (Fernando) Hernandez, Rosario (Alfredo) Hernandez, Paulina (Preston) Suminquit, Teresa (Lupe) Garcia, Ms. Carmen Leos, Patricia Leos (Jaime), Julia (Roman) Garcia, Sister-in-law (Lupita) Flores. 2 brothers; Jose Angel (Lisa) Leos, Roque (Fela) Leos, nieces and nephews. Joe is now reunited with his mother and brother Margarita & Juan (Nuno) Leos in the Gates of Heaven. Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 19, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. and cremation to follow according to his wishes. All individuals are encouraged to follow CDC guidelines by socially distancing a minimum space of 6 feet apart and face covers or masks are recommended.
