Maria Luisa Villafranca, 85, of San Benito passed away on Monday, January 31, 2022 at Ebony Lake Health Center in Brownsville, TX. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ramon Villafranca; son, Oziel Villafranca; parents, Tomasa and Jesus Aguilar; and brother, Luis Aguila. Left to cherish her memories are her sons, Ariel (Jennifer) Villafranca and their children, Aaron, Alec, Aiden, and Azael (Yolanda) Villafranca and their children Azael Ramon and Sophia Azalea; siblings, Juanita Martinez and Lucia Nassif. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 02, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, TX. A Chapel Service will be held on Thursday, February 03, 2022 at 11:00 at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito with interment to follow at San Benito Memorial Park.
