Loretta Wintermute of Laguna Vista, Texas passed away on August 8, 2012 in her home. Loretta Wintermute was born on May 19, 1927 in Chicago, Illinois to Joseph & Sophie Doherty. Lorey is preceded in death by her great niece Carissa Anne Pultz. Loretta married Robert Wintermute May of 1967 after a 12 year engagement. They both worked many years together for Crane Company of Chicago. Loretta was an accomplished figure ice skater, while her husband was semi-pro hockey player. In 1991, Loretta & Robert retired to Laguna Vista, Texas where they continued their wonderful life as a couple until Robert passed away in 1996. . Loretta is survived by her sister, Adele Yore; nieces: Sheila Yore, Diane Binford, and Patricia Hunter; nephews, Micheal Yore & Daniel Yore; great nieces: Jessica DeSanti, Alicia Espinosa, Meghan Binford, and Hailey Binford;great nephews, Derek Hunter, and Bryan Binford; great-great nieces Kaelyn, Sadie, and Lea Espinosa, Lucy DeSanti, and Madelynn Hunter; and great-great nephews Manny Espinosa III and Francis DeSanti.
