Lorenza Lorena Perez, 65, entered into rest on July 31, 2012 in Sugar Land, Texas. She was born September 5, 1946 in Matamoros, Mexico. She is preceded in death by her daughter Nelda Perez; her mother Dominga Vasquez; father Santos Perez; and her brothers: Manuel Perez and Daniel Perez. Surviving her are her children: Juan Turrubiate, Jose Luis Turrubiate, Julia Delgado, Camilo Turrubiate, Javier Turrubiate, Connie Grodecki, Martin Turrubiate, and David Turrubiate; 15 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. She is also survived by her brother, Adan Perez; her sisters: Rosa Munoz and Eva Perez Vasquez. Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with a holy rosary at 7:00 pm on Friday, August 3, 2012 at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church located on 705 S. Longoria St in Port Isabel, Texas. Mass of resurrection will be held on Saturday, August 4, 2012 at 10:00 am at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church in Port Isabel.
