Soila Cruz Reyna, 54, of San Benito, TX, went to be with our Lord, on October 16, 2021, at Valley Baptist Medical Center, in Harlingen. She is preceded in death by her parents; Martin Jr. and Virginia Reyna, and her siblings, Jesus, Juan, and Luis Reyna. Left to cherish her memory is her husband; Pale Salazar, and her children; Susana, Thomas, and Priscilla Martinez. Also surviving are her siblings; Catarina Reyna, Jose Reyna, Teresa Reyna, Saul Reyna, Moises Reyna, Martha Reyna, and Isabel Reyna, along with her grandchildren ; Jasmine Rodriguez, Robert Martinez, Mari Jane Alviar, Angel Alviar, Martin Reyna, Kaylah Martinez, Kendrick Martinez, Ricardo Martinez, Justin Mendez, Destiny Mendez, Hector Martinez, Virginia Martinez, Angelina Martinez, Joshua Martinez, Nathan Martinez, Aaron Martinez, and Andrew Martinez. And last but not least her great-grandchildren; Ricardo Martinez Jr., and Ethan Martinez. Mother was a beautiful, caring person. She was your friend, sister, and blessing to many. She was very creative in things she did. She was devoted to the Lord until the end of her time. She would sing her heart out to the Lord everyday of her living days. She was stern and unapologetic, but loving and caring. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 20, 2021, from 5 pm to 9 pm at Thomae Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, with a prayer service to be held at 7 pm. A Chapel Service will be held on Thursday, October 21, 2021, at 2 pm at Thomae Garza Funeral Home, with burial to follow to San Benito Memorial Park. All individuals are encouraged to follow CDC guidelines by socially distancing a minimum space of 6 feet apart and must wear face covers or masks.
